Nowadays, companies count on PCs, servers, hubs, routers, switches, VoIP systems, etc. for their operation. Today, even in small companies it is usual to find a PC on each desk.

Even though companies try to invest cleverly in technology, acquire the most developed, the most reliable equipment, etc. in order to gain a competitive advantage and  improve their productivity. Most of them diminish the importance of the power that "feeds" such systems.
